We offer pre or end of tenancy cleans, in full or in part (Upholstery cleaning is an optional extra). We can work at short notice, the better to help fulfil your requirement. We understand the requirements of agent inspections and of inventory check-outs.

All Woodwork, light switches, sockets, radiators, lampshades, lights, cobwebs removed from all walls and ceilings. Interiors and exteriors of cupboards and drawers. Mirrors, picture frames, surfaces and general furnishings.
Kitchens
Worktops and tiles,Interiors and exteriors of kitchen units, all appliances, deep clean oven and hob, extractors and filters, microwaves, defrost and clean fridge/freezers, dishwasher filter, tumble dryer, washing machine soap drawer, de-scale sink and taps.
Bathrooms
Tiles, shower, bath, basin, toilets de-scaled and polished.
Upholstery
can be either cleaned via hot water extraction method or sprayed and vacuumed. (Upholstery cleaning is an optional extra). We also offer professional cleaning for leather suites.
Curtains
Sprayed and vacuumed in situ or dry cleaned off site.
Hard Floors
Vacuumed and mopped. Machine polishing and maintenance available.
